Thanks to the Sicilian consortium Pomèl, we collect the best pomegranates of the Wonderful variety and produce the Pomegranate Liqueur using only pure cold-filtered juice using the traditional method.

The attention to detail is very rigorous, in fact everything is done by slow artisanal processing following an ancient Sicilian recipe.

The juice is obtained by separating the pulp from the arils and lightly filtered to maintain the rich properties of the fruit.

Pomegranate Liqueur has a low alcohol content (17%) and can be drunk chilled straight, used as a base for wonderful drinks, spritzes and cocktails or served by drowning a baba in it.
