Product Orders
It is understood that in any case, product images may not perfectly represent all characteristics but may differ in color, size, and represented accessories. To proceed with the purchase, the customer must place the desired product(s) in the appropriate "cart" and, after reviewing the General Conditions, particularly regarding the contribution for delivery costs, the methods of exercising the right of withdrawal, and the Privacy Policy, must select the desired payment method and choose the order confirmation option. Before submitting their purchase order, the customer has the option to modify the quantity of products they intend to purchase, adding or removing one or more products from the "cart."
By sending the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares that they have reviewed all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accept the General Conditions.
Shipping and Delivery Times
All orders are processed and delivered to the courier upon the actual availability of the goods. Depending on the destination area of the goods, deliveries may take place within a time frame ranging from 24 hours to 7 days, barring unforeseen circumstances. Paesano srl assumes no responsibility for delays and disruptions attributable to force majeure of any nature and kind, in case it fails to execute the contract within the agreed times.
If an ordered product is not available, Paesano srl undertakes to contact the customer via email to redefine the shipping times of the goods. Alternatively, if the customer wishes to cancel the order, any amount already paid by them will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 days from the day following the day on which the Customer transmitted the order to Paesano srl.
For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or their representative at the recipient's address indicated in the order is required. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer is required to verify their integrity, that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document, and that the package is intact or unaltered. The customer will have 10 working days to verify the goods and report in writing via email to web@paesanoauthentic.com any damages or discrepancies between the goods received and those ordered. Within 10 working days, Paesano srl will refund the customer.
Order Confirmation
In accordance with the provisions of Article 53 of the Consumer Code, the customer receives, at the time of contract execution, via email, confirmation of receipt of the purchase order sent by the customer, containing a summary of the General Conditions, the essential characteristics of the ordered product, its price, the amount paid, the existence of the right of withdrawal – with an indication of the times and methods for returning the goods – the geographical address for submitting any complaints, and information on existing assistance services and commercial guarantees.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason within 14 calendar days, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.
It is sufficient to request withdrawal via email or telephone within 14 working days from the receipt of the products. Returned products must still be new and intact, not removed from the packaging, and not have undergone any type of damage or modification that would prevent their use by other users.
Italian law provides that by exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the item at their own expense, and once received in the seller's warehouses, the latter will proceed with the refund. Paesano srl will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the product as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date on which Paesano srl became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, provided that the latter returns the purchased product intact and unmodified.
Shipping, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the responsibility of the customer, so the customer is strongly advised to pack the products to be returned in the best possible way and with the utmost diligence, preventing damage during transport as much as possible.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to provide the bank details (IBAN Code of the account holder of the invoice) on which to obtain the refund.
Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
Since February 15, 2016, all EU consumers who have encountered problems with an online purchase can contact the ODR and file a complaint. Consumer and seller have 90 days to communicate through the platform and reach an agreement.

Sales Terms
The conditions applicable to each individual order will be those displayed on the Site at the time of the order itself. The online seller declares to be aware of the criminal and/or administrative liability resulting from the sale of alcoholic substances to minors or resulting from other violations of certain age limits provided by law. Therefore, in the event that the order includes products whose sale is subject to age limits, the seller undertakes to verify, through a reliable procedure that includes a check of personal identity and age, that the buyer has reached the required minimum age.
