This year, to celebrate Women's Day, we have created a new take on the classic Mimosa, enriched with the unmistakable touch of our liqueurs. We present our version: the Mimosa with Paesano mango. A sweet, elegant drink that is, above all, very easy to prepare at home for an aperitif with friends or a special toast.

The Paesano twist: mango, orange and sparkling wine

The genius of this recipe lies in its simplicity and balanced flavours. The classic combination of orange juice and prosecco is elevated by the tropical, sweet and enveloping notes of our Paesano mango liqueur.

For presentation, we suggest a contemporary approach: let's abandon the classic flute for a moment and opt for a more modern and spacious glass, perhaps our Paesano Collins glass. This allows the drink to breathe, the ice to do its job and the colours to blend beautifully.

The ingredients

To prepare a perfect mango Mimosa, you will need:

  • 3 cl Paesano mango liqueur

  • 5 cl of fresh orange juice (freshly squeezed juice really makes a difference!)

  • 5 cl of Prosecco

  • Ice cubes

  • A slice of orange for garnish

How to prepare it at home in just a few seconds

This recipe is designed to be "built" directly in the glass, without the need for a shaker or professional equipment. It is the ideal solution for enjoying a stress-free evening.

Here are the steps:

  1. Fill the glass: put plenty of ice in your Collins glass.

  2. The aromatic base: pour 3 cl of Paesano mango liqueur.

  3. Freshness: add 5 cl of fresh orange juice.

  4. The effervescence: complete the drink by gently pouring in 5 cl of Prosecco.

  5. The final touch: stir gently with a long spoon, using a smooth upward motion. This helps to blend the flavours without causing the precious bubbles to disappear.

  6. The garnish: decorate the rim of the glass or gently place a slice of fresh orange inside.
