Directly from Niscemi, the European artichoke capital, we choose only the ancient artichoke variety “Nostrale” produced in ethical agriculture by the Profeta farm to produce our Amaro al Carciofo Paesano.
We macerate the artichoke hearts and stems for 90 days, then combine them with an infusion of herbs and caramel according to an ancient Sicilian recipe.
This slow artisanal production guarantees a unique taste, while the high beneficial and therapeutic properties of the artichoke complement this delicious Amaro al Carciofo.
